**What you will be doing**:

- Planning, developing and implementing campaigns and nurture streams that deliver personalised experiences to the right customer, at the right time in the right channel
- Taking ownership of customer communications and the EDM strategy and providing coordination and guidance throughout each process to all stakeholders
- Acting as the point of contact for all agency and stakeholder communications
- Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, product and other internal departments to scope and deliver initiatives that support acquisition, ownership and retention with appropriate communication strategies
- Track and analyse marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**About You**:
A strong customer focus and a genuine interest in understanding the customer and their needs will be at the heart of what has captivated you about this role.

Ideally you will have:

- Diploma/Degree in any field or recent graduate eager to learn.
- A good understanding of product and retail marketing for consumer and B2B audiences
- Project management experience, able to follow, monitor and drive the delivery of a project from start to finish
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
