**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the essence of Pearly Lustre and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Achieve personal sales targets through a dedication to providing top-notch service and expertise in our products.
- Handle cashiering duties and conduct seamless payment transactions.
- Maintain visually stunning merchandising displays to captivate our customers.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support retail operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for high-end fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Working Hours**:10am-7pm or 1pm to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays, in alignment with retail hours.
