**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Primary responsibility**is the Engineer function for Singapore TCM.
- Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures
- Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records
- Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS
- Perform FMEAs and implement solutions
- Manage spare parts inventory and ordering
- Lead Service Team/Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks
- Prepare training materials and provide trainings for site operations & service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits
- Generate reports and presentations on all related activities, abnormal or incidents
- Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
- Involved in improvement plan
- 24 hours standby for emergency activation or shutdown
- Do roaming check on all chemical rooms, CDM & SDM to make sure the all are in order.
- Report all abnormal conditions & findings to Customer’s Facility Engineer and TCM Manager.
- Response to all complaints and requests from Customer’s Facility personnel or POU personnel and work closely to solve problems; escalate to high level if necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary & upon request by client or TCM managers.

**Additional Duties**:

- Guide and provide necessary training for new Service Technician / Shift Technician on all related system operational matter and guide on troubleshooting.
- To back up and support for site TCM Supervisor/Lead Engineer duties whenever is required.

**Required qualifications/experience**
- **Diploma/Degree in Engineering field or equivalent (preferred in Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronic or Control & Instrumentations)**:
