**We are looking for a rockstar team for The Ice Bath Club If you have what it takes to have a champion mindset and grow with the company then you are the right fit for us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Provide high level customer service to all members and users of the club
- Ensure a clean environment, assisting in top-ups of ingredients as required
- Build a welcoming and upbeat mood for the members of the club
- Preparation of Food and beverages, maintaining the equipment and food quality
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize cost management
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and colleagues
- Prepare the café for opening, calibrating the coffee machine and ensure coffee quality
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance member satisfaction
- Dishwashing and collect plates from the tables as required
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for efficient and effective operations
