**Job Highlights**:
**Interface Creation & Monitoring**:Develop and oversee interfaces in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

**Ticket Handling & Issue Resolution**:Manage 1st and 2nd level support tickets for SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite, diagnose issues, and perform corrective actions in collaboration with service providers.

**Recurring Issue Analysis**:Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address integration challenges and ensure timely resolution.

**Adherence to Processes**:Follow established procedures, contribute to documentation, and support knowledge sharing to promote best practices.

**Workplace and End-User Service & Support (Global/Regional)**:Provide expert knowledge and technical assistance to IT-PO teams and services across global/regional operations.

**IT Project Support (Regional/Local)**:Support IT projects within the Asia Pacific region, contributing to successful implementation and operations.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite) is a plus.

**Experience**:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or other SAP modules. Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP systems.Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem management practices to resolve recurring system issues.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
