**Role Summary**

**Customer Management**:

- Understand the client's strategic priorities and organizational goals, business objectives, challenges, and capabilities in order to develop a client-specific strategy, Build, cultivate and manage new accounts, and constantly maintain a good relationship with current clients

**Product Management**:

- Help articulate value story behind our Clinical Solutions and Global Medical Education (GME) products

Present, Introduce, conduct demo/workshops (ClinicalKey solutions, STATdx, Complete Anatomy, Skills, Clinical Decision Support)

**Account Management**:

- Develop country and account strategy, action plan, penetration strategy, identifies potential business opportunities (i.e. prospecting), provide timely and accurate forecasts, communicates clearly and effectively with management and team regarding risks and upside

**Market Insights**:

- Prepares and submits sales reports within the agreement time -showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects for the responsible countries. Provide and share Knowledge of competitive and relevant market data
- Understanding of current overall trends in the business sector, Understanding of customers specific business goals, strategy, financials and challenges, law, regulations, budget cycle and any related market information

**Requirements**:

- We are seeking a Positive, Energetic, Proactive, Performance-driven person to join our team.
- Proven track record in complex sales or solution selling
- Deep understanding of Healthcare or IT Industry (topics and trends impacting hospital systems, HIS, EHRs, EMRs, care coordination, population health management, value-based care)
- Experience interacting with and selling into top medical & nursing schools, leading hospitals and complex organizations including health ministries, agencies and associations
- Experience contacting C-suites, decision maker and executive
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong team player, leadership skills
