The accountant is responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks that are primarily associated with supporting financial operations and preparing financial records. These tasks oftentimes include handling of journals prepared by AAs, providing coverage for AAs, computing taxes and preparing tax returns, organizing and maintaining financial records, and ensuring statements are accurate.

Role & Responsibility:

- Manage full sets of accounts for the Group of companies
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Perform month end closing activities, such as preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliation
- Support annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Perform costing and variance analysis
- Prepare Cashflow statement
- Prepare corporate tax computation
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Provide support to external and internal audit matters
- Oversee debt collection and credit control
- Provide coverage duties whenever needed

**Requirements**:

- Have a sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (“SFRS”) and International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS")
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and has eye for details
- Knowledge in MYOB and Xero system will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
