Singapore National Cancer Centre Singapore Full time

You will be part of the Pharmacy department to provide operational and inventory support for automated system, co-ordination and assistance for implementation of medication delivery service to patients in National Cancer Centre Singapore. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, processing of orders for delivery, and providing support in projects and promotional activities to drive medication delivery service.

In addition, you will largely be responsible in providing support to the Outpatient Pharmacy Automation Systems (OPAS). Duties include:

- Troubleshoot, resolve common OPAS issues and monitor trends
- Perform daily and periodic checks on OPAS for issues and functionality
- Assist in inventory management including return and restocking duties
- Assist pharmacist/pharmacy technician to optimize OPAS by facilitating data, usage trends and other reports
- Support in barcoding activities of drug packages
- Support other pharmacy activities e.g. patient triage

**Job Requirements**
- Degree with 1 year of working experience preferably in healthcare industry
- Prior experience in OPAS and data analytics would be an advantage
- IT savy and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Strong problem solving skills with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
