**Changing Faces Pte Ltd** is a F&B company in Singapore operating 3 popular restaurant brands, namely **Forbidden Duck**, **Qi - House of Sichuan** and **Liberty Singapore** in Marina Bay Financial Centre. Liberty Singapore is currently having vacancies for Chef De Partie and Commis Chef.
**Junior Sous Chef (Singaporeans only)**
**Salary**: $2,800 - $3,500
Working Days & Hours: 6 days work week
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient selection.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet our high standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control as needed.
- Handle any customer concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably in an Western restaurant.
- Formal culinary training or relevant culinary certifications is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and passionate about food with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
