**Roles and Responsibilities**:

Understanding theuser’s needs and to achieve a high level of user’s satisfaction (SLA). Andcollaborate with others team support as required and necessary for resolution.
- Maintain and manageSystem and User Access Management
- Maintain variousOperation SOPs. Ensure SOP standards are adhered to for documentation,development, source control, testing methodology, and internal procedures
Provide inputs toproject teams on KTLO requirements for operations and support.
- Continuallyidentifies areas of business process improvement, drives and facilitateschanges, gains user consensus for change
- Vendor management
- Conduct regulartraining to users
- Other variousad-hoc tasks as assigned
**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 yearsexperiences in implementing and supporting FI/CO/FA/TR/IO modules in ECC6,
- Degree/ Diploma inComputer Science
- Ability to managemultiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to workwith users professionally and efficiently both internal and external
- Willingness to workwithin a structured environment with specific processes
- Pro-active personwho is able to deliver and work within the team structure and share duties
- Team player - worksto achieve team goals and objectives
- Meets high standardof conduct and quality of output
- Flexibility,willingness to be available after work hours on an emergency basis as needed
- Self-Starter withability to identify areas of need and act autonomously to resolve
- Experience with SAPS/4 HANA is an advantage
