**What the role is**
- You will ensure SID is future ready by formulating strategic plans to guide operational decisions, and by helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SID’s systems.
**What you will be working on**
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic and operational frameworks, policies, and processes - Analyse and allocate SID’s resources and review performance management to support planning efforts and decision-making processes - Translate strategies into effective communication and engagement for internal and external stakeholders If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: - Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team - Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind - Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas - Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders - Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: - Experience in driving strategic planning work that will enable a complex organisation to achieve its desired outcomes - Good understanding of organisational needs - Strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills
