**Responsibilities**:

- Handling full set of account and end-to-end control, including but not limited to local and group reporting, management reporting as well as tax reporting.
- Coordinate and handle statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules and statutory financial statements
- Prepare regulatory returns and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and monitoring requirements.
- Produce Head Office reporting package and support other Head Office reporting requirements.
- Prepare management reports, actuals vs. forecast
- Liaise with tax consultant and prepare yearly corporate tax computations, transfer pricing, fringe benefits tax and quarterly GST submission.
- Perform accounting controls functions, such as nostro reconciliation, IFRS9 control, IFRS16 control, and FX position monitoring.
- Perform month-end closing and related controls such as month-end closing entries preparation, and reconciliation of suspense a/c, Nostro accounts, and intercompany balances.
- Prepare month end balance sheet substantiation.
- Review and follow-up on system breaks such as rectification of AFL filter/rejects, Matisse rejects, ALMA rejects, and ASPA/Summit break. Prepare adjusting entries when necessary.
- Support new projects and ad-hoc operational and financial inquiries and analysis.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in finance or accounting from a recognized university.
- 4-5 years of experience in Bank/ Financial Institutions / Audit, handling group reporting or entity reporting or full set of accounts
- Experience in Big4 would be an added advantage.
- Experience in VBA / Power BI / Alteryx would be added advantage
- Keen to automate and improvise work
- Good interpersonal skill, attention to details, high productivity, independent and self-motivated.
