Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for Grade 1 and 2 students in English (both online or in-person).
- Teach fundamental English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Utilize various teaching resources, games, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Prepare students for school exams and assessments.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment.
- Address any learning difficulties and provide additional support as necessary.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices for early literacy development.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $21.59 - $72.24 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
