Thunes Collections (formerly Limonetik) platform supports over 300 local payment methods in 70 different countries, reduces the complexity of settlement by aggregating multiple financial flows into one settlement, and supports these services with comprehensive reconciliation and reporting tools all via one state-of-the-art API.

**Context of the role**

As a part of the Solution Delivery team at Thunes Collections you will be responsible for managing integration projects between Thunes and its partners (Payment Service Providers, Marketplaces, Merchants) in the APAC region.

You will be the point of contact for those clients willing to integrate payment solutions through our API. This will include providing technical guidance on the Thunes platform, the required integration and best practices and standards.

This role will require prior project management experience (from the scope definition, through testing, setting up technical environment to live monitoring, post integration support) and will include reading logs and requests, running tests, pre-sales calls etc. The integrations can be many and varied, from relatively simple to more complex reverse API integrations.

The role will also involve ensuring that all integrations and processes behind are correctly documented.

The role will require the flexibility to adapt to European time zones and to travel to Europe or across APAC occasionally.

**Professional Qualifications/Experience**
- Fluency in English and Chinese mandarin, other APAC languages are a plus
- IT/Engineering degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in working with partner integration projects
- Prior experience with Fintech, E-Commerce, Merchants/PSP/Marketplaces, payments ideally in project management roles
- Familiarity with RestAPI and Json XML
- Ability to communicate with partners at business and technical level including software engineers
- Motivated and focused self-starter with leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team
- Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills
- Confident and experience of working in globally distributed teams
