To coordinate regional inventory management.
- To maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- To maintain record of goods receiving (GRN) in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- To participate in inventory audits and provide support to PIC as needed.
- To perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- To identify and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies
- To coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
- To work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory strategies that meet business objectives.
- To prepare and process inventory reports and documentation as needed. To support regional entities, may require to travel.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma or degree in any field.
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in similar job scope
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Highly detail-oriented, good organisational skills
- Good teamwork, attitude and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and knowledge of inventory control procedures and processes will be advantage.
