Management Executive Officer

1 year Caldecott Monday - Friday, office hours
- Support capability building of partners in using the client assessment tool, through:

- providing administrative support for sector trainings
- administering vignette assessments to certify users.
- developing a training video
- providing ad-hoc support for queries raised.
- Conduct inter-rater reliability tests to support validation of the assessment tool.
- Perform data collection, entry and coding including liaising and working with partners to analyse data.
- Support other capability building initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work.
- Basic knowledge in Excel. Experience with statistical software such as SPSS would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and possess good communication and engagement skills.
- Any prior working experience involving client assessment tools is welcomed.
