**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Maintain worker's timesheet and submit to Employer on time.
- Coordinate with drivers for transport arrangement for workers everyday
- Responsible for Managing workers dormitory arrangements
- Responsible for supervision of fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and client’s specifications
- Responsible for planned progress schedule without compromising quality and safety
- Responsible for all maintain the stock of required consumable for fabrication and installation work
- Co-ordinates with QC, Painting Supervisors and Client representative for Inspections and ITR completions.
- Responsible for safety related to workplace & Worker / Contractor under you.
- Attend daily Tool Box meeting at site.
- Carry out daily reporting and monitoring at site progress in order to achieve planned schedule.
- Ensure site housekeeping are well maintained and strictly follow proper work sequence and work flow.
- Prepare necessary documents such as Job Card, SI as and when required for all additional work requirements.
- Ensure that Piping Construction Contractors are working within the discipline and adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, ITP’s, procedures and site Instructions
- Responsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and ensure construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule
- Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to the particular discipline and area of work
- Work with the contractor’s staff, Planning Engineers, and the Construction Engineer. Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule
- Inform the Discipline Superintendent on specific areas where the program needs to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions and material deliveries
- Monitor the discipline, work and attendance of contractors’ staff in their defined work area. Identify any disciplinary action required, and inform the relevant Discipline Superintendent

**Requirements**:

- Prefer Min. 5 years of experience as a Piping or Production supervisor in marine/shipyard operations involving piping fabrication and supervision works
- Good planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Shipyard Course Certificate and Related Course Certificates Required
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Working hours - Mon to Sat - 8am to 6pm
