UWCSEA is looking for a relief Retail Assistant for **Dover Campus **to start immediately.

We are looking for a positive and warm personality individual who is able to provide valuable customer service to students, parents, teachers and staffs of the college. The scope entails management of sales, stock taking, ordering and replenishment of products and merchandises.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure stocks are replenished in a timely and orderly manner for smooth operations.
- Able to provide excellent customer service by providing product insights and recommendations.
- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism and takes initiative to familiarise with products to assist customers with their queries.
- Provide accurate cashiering and manage point of sales processes.
- Assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs with similar levels of responsibility and complexity to the assigned job grade as may be reasonably requested by the line manager and/or the College.

**Person Specifications**
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels with 1 year of experience working in a similar capacity.
- Basic understanding of managing, operating and handling administration duties in a retail shop.
- Excellent English [written and spoken] communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric and energetic with the ability to interact with customers from a diverse age group.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Google Suites.
- Physically fit and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
