You will be assisting in providing engineering and technical expertise; produce project and tender deliverables.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Assist in providing specialist skills, integrity, and knowledge in key areas of structural engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements, and current good engineering practice.
- Assist in identifying and addressing design parameters and problems; develops and implements solutions.
- Under limited supervision, independently evaluates, organises, and prioritises work.
- Assist in undertaking responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions.
- Assist in ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
- Coordinate and involved with meetings/correspondence with stakeholders
- Assist in undertaking analysis, design and engineering activities associated with platform and subsea structure construction, transportation and installation.
- Assist in providing structural stability and integrity calculations for steel frame structures, installation aids items for pipelines, spool pieces, tie ins, risers and umbilical installation.
- Assist in the design to resist forces for in-service, installation and transportation load conditions. Determination of size, shape, strength, and type of structural members.
- Support in performing seafastening design for jacket, topside, pipeline, spool pieces, tie ins, risers and umbilical transportation and vessel/barge deck strength check.
- Support in design and detailing in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design Guides (e.g., API, DNV, AISC).
- Assist in provide engineering assistance & technical engineering support during mobilisations
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Prior work experience related to offshore/subsea structural engineering, preferably 5- 8 years and above
- More extensive industry experience may obviate the requirement for formal academic qualifications.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of FEA software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, ANSYS, ABAQUS will get additional advantage.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
