**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements
- Work closely with our Project Management Team, Professional Engineers, Client, Contractors and local regulatory authorities so as to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems.
- Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
- Carry out supervision of civil/structural works and geo-technical works by identifying any non-conformance of contractor's works on site and working with the Project Team, Qualified Person (Supervision) and Contractors to rectify any non-conformance.
- Responsible for monitoring all geo-technical and instrumentation works on site to ensure compliance with design criteria and permissible tolerance of instrumentation movements as specified by the Qualified Person (Design).
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and design.
- Carry out regular site checks on contractor’s temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM Regulations.
- Attend regular site progress meetings with the Project Team, Client, Contractors and local Agencies to resolve issues pertaining to structural and precast matters.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date site documentation for on-going and completed works, site meetings, safety record, as built submissions etc.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES, with minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer.
- Accredited with IS/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing Certificate
- Must be a registered and practising Resident Engineer for the past 5 years.
- Well versed with local Building Regulations/Acts and Codes of Practice
- Has good working knowledge of concrete precast works and compliance to local Building Regulations.
- Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
