**Job Summary**:As a Grocery Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Stocking and Inventory Management**:

- Restock shelves with products, ensuring proper rotation and display.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Organize backroom storage and manage stock levels.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and restrooms.
- Assist in maintaining a safe shopping environment by adhering to safety standards.

**Checkout Assistance**:

- Support cashiers during busy periods by helping with bagging groceries and managing lines.
- Ensure all products are scanned accurately and payments processed efficiently.

**Online sales**:

- Assist with Online Sales packing.Ensure that the proper orders are dispatched

**Qualifications**:

- Any qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

**Skills**:

- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
