- Provide differentiated suite of financial analysis and advice to meet the investment needs and objectives of the customer.
- Partner with an experienced team of product specialists, and with the support from teams of innovative treasury sales and dedicated administrative staff members, offer expert guidance on customized solutions to customers.
- Engage the customer with professional, round-the-clock service for all their banking, borrowing and investment needs.
- Achieve client retention by providing stellar service to high net-worth clients and following up promptly on client calls or queries.
- Partnering Client, Business Support, and service providers to ensure prompt transaction processing and smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Acting as key client proxy for initiating client instructions, tracking & monitoring transactions, preparing relevant administrative loan documentation & instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Complying with banking and regulatory requirements both in Singapore and in the specified geographical area.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience ideally in banking environment with wealth advisory experience.
- Possess strong understanding to banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 'Can do' and hands-on attitude and results-driven mentality.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
