**What the role is**

Reporting to Head Of Cybersecurity Capability Development Section, the officer is responsible in implementing cybersecurity tools and solutions identified under Cybersecurity Master Plan, managing cybersecurity projects to ensure that the cybersecurity capabilities are delivered on time and within budget.

**What you will be working on**

The roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Engage operations users to understand their operational needs and capability requirements, so as to be able to propose and customize viable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Translate cybersecurity requirements to practical solutions, design and implement these solutions to ensure the cybersecurity posture of Critical Information Infrastructure (CII).
- Manage vendors and supervise onsite implementation works to ensure that the project specifications are met.
- Provide engineering support for the cybersecurity systems in operations.
- Explore and experiment innovative and emerging cybersecurity technologies that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of securing IT and OT systems and infrastructure for the Water Sector.
- Identify cybersecurity technologies and manage cybersecurity R&D projects, prototyping and pilots.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience related to IT or OT cybersecurity.
- Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and Security-By-Design frameworks.
- Knowledge on industry best practices and technologies supporting cybersecurity in the domains of protection, detection and response.
- Possession of professional certification such as CISSP and PMP would be preferred.
