As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.

As an Associate Project Manager at Corporate IT, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of IT infrastructure projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.
- Manage Singapore HR related matters involving employee benefits and services, HR compliance and others as needed
- Advise business for HR related matters for the full employee lifecycle
- Design and implement HR policies and processes that are compliant and aligned to business needs
- Manage employee relations, potential disputes and other risk management issues
- Drive improvement for HR processes and internal system
- Bachelor’s degree from good university and excellent academic result
- 3 to 6 years of corporate HR experience, preferably in an MNC environment or Tech industry
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to problem solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with employment laws and regulation is an added advantage
