**About the Company**

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for an
**IT Solutions Manager** to drive the development and delivery of IT solutions to support commercial and operational requirements.
- Work closely with regional stakeholders to define IT strategies and processes;
- Assess requirements and requests to create detailed specifications;
- Support internal and external stakeholders from the IT standpoint during the tender process;
- Manage IT requirements from start to delivery, with efficacy and timeliness;
- Oversee processes and ensure that organisational roles for IT are properly defined;
- Ensure that internal guidelines, frameworks and policies are adhered to;
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to achieve quality and cost optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline;
- At least 8 years of experience in technology project management, preferably within a similar industry;
- Experience in RFQ and tender management, preferably within a similar industry;
- Strong understanding of complex business and operational processes;
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to navigate different requirements within a large organisation;
- Negotiation and influencing skills, both with internal and external stakeholders;
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions;
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

**FCS CAREERS PTE LTD (EA 94C4359)**- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering or other relevant discipline;
- Certifications in enterprise architecture methodology or other relevant qualifications;
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a technical solutioning role;
- Track record of enterprise solution design and delivery;
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services;
- Understanding of IT governance and strategy;
- Ability to multi-task and oversee several projects at the same time;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
