Job responsibilities

Management
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and authorities on requirements and tender proposals.
- Prepare cost estimates, budget and control
- Support technical teams and assist work on site
- Monitor work progress, quality control to ensure compliance with regulations

Technical
- Design HVAC system as per the requirements mentioned in tender proposals through various stages like designing, fabricating and testing
- Actively contribute towards research and development efforts by understanding HVAC advances that match emerging technology and innovation
- Be responsible for the specification of ducting layouts, components and fabrication approaches for eco-friendly environmental responsibility.
- Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, owners, contractors and provide technical solutions

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Prior project co-ordination experience
- Able to understand construction drawings
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
- Able to read and interpret drawing.
- AutoCad knowledge
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- To perform technical sales, hands on work including installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
