Indoor Sales Admin Assistant

Responding to sales and rental enquiries from customers.
- Receiving and processing confirmation orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison with various stakeholders - production, finance, customer service

**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player

**Work Hours & Location**
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
Location: Penjuru Place (West side - Near Pandan Reservoir)

**No quota for work permit & SPASS | Those requiring these work passes will not be considered.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
