**Position Purpose**:
Outsourcing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Maintaining outsourcing register in accordance to MAS requirements
- Implementation of global, territory and MAS outsourcing policy and procedures
- Governance which includes organisation of local outsourcing management committee, preparation of outsourcing committee presentation, minutes and follow up actions as well as annual outsourcing review
- Coordinate new outsourcing initiation projects including remediation with business owners and functions
- Maintenance and tracking of Singapore outsourcing projects in Paris global template
- Maintenance and tracking of outsourcing initiation conditions master file
- Monitoring dashboards collation
- Participation to SEA territory outsourcing committee and workgroup forum
- Participation to Paris outsourcing Checkpoint Meetings
- Provide comments regarding outsourcing relating to clients’ agreements
- Provide responses on outsourcing topics in clients’ due diligence questionnaires including participation in client due diligence visit
- Handle external auditors’ and IG documents request related to outsourcing
- Perform the RCSA Global 1LOD control plan reporting for outsourcing (RCSA, GCP)
- EBA remediation for arrangements in Argos and 360 including the collection of documents such as SLA, BCP, risk assessment, service reviews and so forth
- Implement the outsourcing coordination process industrialisation and manage any other outsourcing related projects impacting BP2S SG.

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint
- Organized and meticulous
- Strong communication skills
- Possess initiative and self-driven

**Specific Qualifications (if required)**:

- Familiarity with MAS regulations and Banking Act especially MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing
- Familiarity with European Banking Act especially outsourcing regulations
- Familiarity with Personal Data regulations (PDPA, GDPR)
