**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and Control of delivery schedule of conversion working vessels within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance with the project manager.
- Take precautions to prevent troubles on working vessels in the conversion stage.
- Handle operational issues, repairs, and/or modifications to working vessels.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, shipyards, and vendors to modify vessels needed for the offshore wind turbine installation operation.
- Check and ensure that the specifications comply with Japanese relevant laws and regulations.
- Check and ensure that spare parts inventory management and condition are sufficient to support repair and maintenance.
- Ensure quality, environment, health & safety requirements are met.
- Report the status of the project to the headquarters in Japan.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical or shipbuilding engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising a work vessel such as TSHD, cutter suction dredger, and/or grab dredger.
- Well-versed in relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in engineering and planning of a new building project for an offshore wind turbine installation vessel with GustoMSC Jacking system with a preload capacity of over 9000 tons.
- Experience in engineering and planning of a new crane installation project with a lifting capacity of 1600 tons or more.
- Experience in working at civil construction project sites.
- Experience in planning electrical equipment.
- Experience in working at offshore wind turbine installation sites.
- Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams and Programmable Logic Controllers and programming such as PLC ladder, function block etc.
- Well-versed in ship maintenance requirements.
