**Responbilities**

The Head of the Private Investment Funds for the Company is responsible for:
(1) Managing allocated funds so as to meet agreed target returns. Covers both PE & VC
- He/She is responsible for both annual and long-term business/financial results and for managing investment activities.
- This includes fund performance, investment strategy, asset class/geographical/sectoral allocation and tactical positioning.
- He/She also has the sole responsibility of representing the Company with key clients, industry organizations, and key external parties to co-invest in internal or external opportunities.

(2) Fund Raising - As part of longer term plans, he/she shall be responsible for raising and managing third party funds. He/She should build and manage a team to support from a third party clients’ standpoint in the future

**Requirements**:

- Min. least 15 years of experience in Banking and/ or PE/ AM Family Ofice Buy Side
- Well-versed in principles, practices and techniques applied in investment marketplace
- Deep understanding of laws, rules, regulations and professional standards relevant to the respective investment jurisdictions
- Direct responsibility for Assets under Management (AUM)
- Proven ability in managing a team, developing a business and generating a credible performance track record
- Experience working with UHNW/HNW individuals and/or Family Offices
