The incumbent should have experience navigating and influencing a cross-functional, matrixed organisation and the ability to communicate and present information to internal, external or senior stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
The Manager/Associate Director (Community Networks and Partnerships) is responsible for assisting the Head, Community Networks and Partnerships (CNP), TF in the following areas:

- Assist to develop community internal and external networks and partnerships strategies that help shape engagements and collaborations or priorities.
- Assist to identify emerging trends - local/global, opportunities and threats that impact local community needs.
- Partner to drive appropriate community initiatives or collaborations through informed data and research.
- Generate actionable insights for internal and external stakeholder engagements
- Assist in the engagement of the ecosystem of corporates and non-profits to share insights and drive collaborative giving for impact
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support the implementation of strategies to achieve the desired outcomes and impact.
- Assist to build, maintain and communicate strategy reports for engagements with internal, external or senior stakeholders.
- Contributing as a team member to CNP, Temasek Foundation or Temasek’s family through involvement in projects across workstreams
- Assist the Head on any other tasks/projects and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data quickly to identify the highest value priorities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Demonstrate resourcefulness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly process direction changes, and embrace ambiguity.
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to quickly synthesise multiple sources of information, identify the key take-aways and derive actionable insights.
- Have strong skills in writing and developing presentations for different audiences.
- Balance attention to detail with timely execution; able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and as a team.
- A collaborator who can work well within diverse teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge in healthcare sector is a preferred
