**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
- **Coordinate/interact **with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly;
- **Process all eCommerce orders** for delivery fulfilment;
- Handle all eCommerce orders RMA requests;
- Co-ordination of eCommerce orders with delivery agents;
- eCommerce **online stocks management**;
- eCommerce **online payment monitoring**;
- **Membership Management**;
- Other Administrative matters when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above or other equivalent certifications;
- Fluent in English with the ability to speak one other language will be an advantage;
- Passion for service and possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
- Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred;
