**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, record, and track bugs through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Collaborate with software developers and other team members to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure testability and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Perform regression testing to verify that previously identified and resolved defects do not reoccur.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results for reference and future use.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript or PHP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for quality assurance and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
