
Head of Advisory

As the head of the Advisory team in APAC, you will work with your team of consultants to ensure we deliver all Advisory projects to the highest of standards. You will also be key in supporting regional Advisory sales, ensuring projects are scoped accurately and meet the varying needs of our clients, as well as our delivery capabilities.
**To be successful in this role you will need**
- Experience working with employer branding or other similar branding disciplines.
- Strong demonstrable experienced with data, analytics, and statistics, including
- Data collection, sampling, cleaning, analysis, visualisation, and more
- The ability to turn data from numbers on a page into narratives, stories, strategies and recommendations that will help our clients with their employer branding and talent attraction objectives.
- To be a strong communicator who’s able to converse with and present to teams of talent professionals and the c-suite - using not just data but also your expertise, presence and powers of persuasion. You will need to give detailed advise to seasoned industry veterans in a credible and concise way.
- You must be able to uncover and understand clients’ challenges in detail in order to scope out solutions that will be attractive to them, and that are priced optimally for both sales success and our margins.
**Other important skills include**
- Proficient with the tools and programs commonly used by statisticians and data scientists
- Managing timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- An eye for spotting and pre-empting challenges and finding solutions.
- Experience and understanding of different working styles and cultures in the APAC region.
**A key aspect of this role will be to support the sales organisation with the positioning and sales of our Advisory solutions. This will include**:
- Attending sales meetings with clients as a _solutions expert._
- Scoping out solutions and creating project budgets and pricing.
- Ensuring our sales reps are knowledgeable and well equipped to identify potential clients and opportunities - largely done by training them and sharing relevant information and collaterals.

- Work closely with and maintain healthy relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders, especially your team, the sales reps, your international colleagues, and all partners and vendors.
- You should always look to grow your personal brand and consider how you position yourself as an expert in the field.
- Take ownership and responsibility for your personal growth by identifying ways that you can grow professionally, including working with your manager and colleagues to achieve your development goals.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and positivity with you as much as you can.
- When your energy levels dip, always ask for help. Aim to get back on your feet again by taking good care of yourself and talking to your manager.
- Coach and guide the team and be responsible for the development of the team members.
- Have the ability to delegate to a fully trained and functional team, but also not afraid to roll up your sleeves in day to day tasks during peak periods
- Must be willing and able to travel within the APAC region.
