1. Assist in the daily operations
2. Perform outlet opening and closing duties
3. Take orders and attend to reservation phone calls
4. Maintain cleanliness of service areas
5. Perform cashering duties
6. Recommend menu to customers
7. Attend to customer feedback and complaints
8. Any other duties as assigned by the Manager
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience in F&B restaurants serving western food
2. Possess at least a Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate
3. Positive service mindset and willing to go the extra mile
4. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Able to work 5.5 day work week on split-shifts, weekends and public holidays
6. Able to work under stress during peak period
7. Singaporeans only
8. Job location is at Balmoral Plaza
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
