**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Media Planner to join our growing team. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various online channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and meet business objectives. This role requires strong coordination skills, a passion for digital trends, and a keen eye for analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development of digital media strategies, channel recommendations, and detailed flow plans in collaboration with your manager.
- Work with internal teams to ensure media strategies are aligned and consistent across markets.
- Liaise with media owners, clients, and creative agencies to manage day-to-day campaign operations.
- Track competitors, monitor industry trends, and provide regular media insights and performance reports.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure competitive rates and value-added opportunities.
- Manage ad bookings through both managed service and self-serve platforms, ensuring correct copy instructions and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies to ensure timely submission of ad materials.
- Work closely with the ad operations team to ensure campaigns are properly set up, served, and monitored.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, end-of-campaign analysis, and reconcile campaign costs for finance billing.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple deadlines.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively
