**What you will do**:

- Oversee daily maintenance operations for facilities, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Assist in developing maintenance schedules and protocols, resulting in a more efficient workflow and improved system reliability
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services, Building system, MEP, fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and codes
- Collaborate with the project management team to support the design and implementation of new facility systems and infrastructure upgrades
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, including checking for leaks, monitoring equipment status, and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Provide on-call support for emergency maintenance needs, responding promptly to issues to minimize operation disruption

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management or related fields
- Knowledge in MEP Fire System, Building Automation System, Basic Carpentry and General MaintenanceProficiency in Microsoft office
