Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in innovation, consulting, coaching, teaching and facilitation and a passion for driving transformation? We are seeking a visionary CEO for our Singapore office to lead the charge to grow our learning design and workshop facilitation business.

**Summary**:
As the CEO of an energetic organization, you will lead a transformation mission, guiding the company towards enhanced profitability and return on capital. Your strategic vision will drive shareholder value, financial health, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the operations and also supporting business development activities. Quality management, policy implementation, and fostering a performance-driven culture are integral to this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with Board of Directors
- **Profit Maximization**: Focus on short and long-term shareholder value with an emphasis on improving the bottom line
- **Operational Excellence**: Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive operational efficiencies
- **Financial Oversight**: Ensure the organization's financial health and own the P&L
- **Performance Review**: Assess operating results, compare them to objectives, and take corrective actions as needed
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Manage partnerships and other strategic initiatives with alignment with business objectives
- **Effective Communication**:Establish strong communication channels within the organization and represent the client with key stakeholders
- **Business Development**: Drive new opportunities in the new markets
- **Quality Management**: Oversee the Quality Management System, including key policies and procedures

**Profile Required**:

- A postgraduate degree in Behavioural Science, Social Scienes or similar major
- A background in designing and leading learning and transformational journeys for mid-large size companies
- You’ve worked in a mix of small cap and large cap organisations
- Experience in business planning and P&L responsibility
- New business launch and/or Re-structuring experience
- General Management experience owning a P&L
- Experience in retail fitness and nutrition management
- Experience and stellar track record in marketing, promotion and sales
- Experience in engaging with customers and supporting commercial teams highly preferred
- Excellent shopfloor management skills.
- Hands on leader & direct communicator
