Join our expanding Docs team and support the documentation needs of upcoming software. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation for our software, including HTML content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and become proficient in tools and processes for publishing and managing content.

Our primary focus is on securing data at the file level, offering robust encryption, authentication, and access control features.

At SecureAge, we emphasize a holistic and proactive approach to cybersecurity, integrating innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into our solutions. Our goal is to provide comprehensive protection against evolving cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for our software.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
- Publish documentation in tandem with feature releases while working closely with various departments.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

**You'll bring the following required skills and experiences.**
- At least two years of previous experience with technical writing/content management in cybersecurity
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals: Basic Understanding of security concepts, cybersecurity terminology, threats, and best practices.
- Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment where processes and products evolve to make things better for our customers
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Self-motivated and responsible for managing daily workload, as well as long-term goals and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to present to and collaborate with all levels of an organization
- Experience with MadCap Flare, Microsoft Office, and knowledge base systems
- Must possess high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to deliver results within strict timeframes
- Interest in learning and appetite for technical environments

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related is preferred.
- Portfolio of writing samples for review.
