The KRE team is looking for graduates to join them to assist in setting up and operationalizing risk policies/frameworks for KRE’s business (relating to project development activities). This role is intended to be part of a Risk department and a path to become a Risk Manager in RE industry.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Evaluate Country and Project specific risks
- Undertake risk analysis pertinent to the market, industry and project
- Assist in setting up KRE’s Risk Policies/Framework and ensure periodic updates of the risk register
- Coordinate with internal parties (Country Leads)
- Coordinate with Group Risk functions for compliance requirements
- Assist procurement team for procurement of risk services from external consultants - writing and improving scope documents, managing the engagement cycle etc.
- Assist with coordination with external Risk consultants and advisors helping Country leads in submission of RE project tenders
- Assist with preparation material required for monthly/quarterly/yearly updates on Risk matters
- Maintain the project risk database, coordinating information from the development team to maintain the database current and complete, prepare records of conversation from key meetings
- Assist with the creation of presentation material and fact sheets for external use, tender documentation among others
- Assist with the creation of presentation and information packs for Board review

JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as international business, commerce
- Recent graduate to 3 years work experience
- Comprehensive skills in MS Office suite
- Exposure to Renewable Energy industry highly desirable
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Fluency in a regional language is an advantage
