**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to start work immediately or within a short period
- With or without work experiences in F&B establishment, preferably in a specialty coffee store
- Committment of at least 6 months, 3 to 4 shifts per week of minimum 4 hours per shift, including weekends and public holidays
- Physical demanding as required to be at counter for prolonged hours and doing food preparation
- Comfortable handling non-halal food and ingredients
- Able to multi-task and be independent yet work as part of an energetic and efficient team in a dynamic environment
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner, and strive for personalized service by developing a genuine rapport with customers by learning their name and favourite food/beverage
- Take orders, promote, recommend and answer customers on menu queries
- Prepare and serve customers their food/beverage quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently with the guidelines set by the Company in cash-handling procedures
- Ensure that all areas in the café are clean and organised
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
