Roles and Responsilibities
- Carry out Site inspection of all types of properties for the purpose of valuation
- Meticulous in his/her inspections
- Work closely with other valuers to produce high standard valuation reports
- Require to travel extensively to valuation sites for inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnics Graduates in Building Management - Surveying & Inspection
- Fresh graduates are welcome. No experence is required as training will be provided.
- Able to work independently as well as good Team Player with Good Work Attitude
- Fluent in English
- Good Written & Verbal Communication skills.
- Although it's a 5.5 work-day week but due to the nature of work, may require to work out of office hours.
