**Job Overview**:
The Sales & Market Specialist will be responsible for field sales and marketing support, working closely with distributors, hospitals, clinics, and industry professionals. This is an outdoor role that involves regular visits to hospitals, dental clinics, specialist centers, and medical institutions to enhance brand awareness, support marketing initiatives, and drive business growth.

**Note**:This role requires **working on weekends and outside of regular office hours**to attend medical conferences, customer meetings, and support marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development Support**:

- Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and specialist centers to strengthen brand awareness and maintain good relationships with industry professionals.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product knowledge is well communicated, support them in their sales efforts, and provide training where necessary.
- Attend to sales inquiries from distributors, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers such as surgeons, dentists, specialists, and hospital procurement teams to introduce Ventas Bio’s regenerative solutions.
- Gather feedback from the market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and pricing trends, and provide insights to the business development team.

**2. Marketing & Brand Awareness**:

- Support and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, distributor promotions, and educational outreach.
- Assist in digital and offline marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across different channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and sales presentations for field use.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate tracking of market outreach activities.

**3. Events & Training Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and participate in medical conferences, industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows to showcase Ventas Bio’s product offerings.
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops for distributors, medical professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement programs, facilitating discussions with industry experts to enhance product credibility.
- Coordinate logistics and event setup for scientific symposiums, hands-on workshops, and distributor training sessions.
- Be available on weekends and after official working hours to support events, training sessions, and distributor activities when required.

**4. Customer & Market Intelligence**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the medical and regenerative medicine sectors.
- Conduct field research and compile reports on customer feedback, market demand, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support to ensure alignment with Ventas Bio’s growth strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or distributor management, preferably in biotech, medical devices, or healthcare industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence medical professionals.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently in an outdoor role, managing multiple site visits and marketing initiatives.
- Experience in event planning, sales presentations, and market analysis is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends and beyond regular office hours when necessary.
