Singapore Bubble Tea shop Full time

Plan staff roster to ensure adequate manpower for the team
- Monitor opening, mid and closing of shifts
- Preparation of food and beverages
- Monitor the POS system
- Deploy customer service standards to drive organisation's customer experience goal
- Recommend initiatives to minimise customer service performance gaps
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profiles
- Mentor and train new staff
- Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
- Training provided for those without experience

Job Requirements
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short period
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Strong work ethics, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team leader with positive attitudes
- Posses valid Food Safety certificate (Training will be provided if not available)
- Monitor team's adherence to the organisation's SOPs
- Review existing work processes and procedures in accordance with process improvement reviews
- Analyse workplace performance and processes to identify opportunities for innovation, improved work practices and utilisation of emerging technology
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
