Job Overview:
The Senior Supply analyst will work with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations partners to support timely & effective production and fulfilment plans. You will be responsible for inventory reconciliation, master data maintenance & governance, performance reporting to support the supply planning team.

This position will also provide operational support to supply planning, generation of supply plans and resolve any system fallouts.

This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Supply Planning Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Inventory management for Singapore plant
- Timely updates of master data for New products, Active products and End of Life products
- Master data governance and monitoring
- Prepare weekly/ monthly reporting
- Support digitalization initiatives, system enhancements or process improvement initiatives to ensure the function are well equipped with the right tools to perform effectively and efficiently
- Support Senior Supply Planning manager in generating, monitoring and analysis of key performance

**Requirements**:
**What you must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar field required; APICS certification and/or affiliation a plus
- 5+ years of experience in an analyst role under supply planning / fulfilment / inventory management function (preferably for a manufacturer of consumer products) using SAP systems is preferred
- Experience in leading supply chain related improvement projects
- Advance level of proficiency in Excel
- Familiar with descriptive analytics tools such as Tableau/ Power BI and data modelling
- Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
