The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is our flagship global manufacturing graduate program. Our simple goal is to identify, hire, and develop our future Manufacturing Leaders. If you have the profile of being a Leader in our Company, we are eager to engage with you, accelerate your development, and bring greater value to our patients worldwide.

Over the 3-year rotation program we would significantly invest in your development giving you exposure across our business, preparing you for a role in leadership. You will receive coaching from senior leaders, exposure to real life manufacturing challenges and training from industry leading scientists and engineers. You will be contributing to significant projects and be making key decisions that directly impact how we make pharmaceuticals products and deliver them to our patients globally.

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program has two primary goals:

- Develop a bench of talent who can prepare for future leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the organization through focused rotational experiences within the key areas of our Manufacturing Division.

Within the rotation, some domestic and international business travel may be available. International rotation assignments are not guaranteed.

***Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development and Alliances**

The MLDP is part of the Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development and Alliances organization. Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development and Alliances is responsible for the development and realization of the strategy for the Manufacturing division and oversees the core enterprise manufacturing functions. This includes the Strategy and Portfolio Management office, Global Supply Business Development (GSBD) which evaluates acquisitions, divestitures, and licensing opportunities, Manufacturing Business Alliance Management (MBAM) which manages our regional and global manufacturing strategic partnerships, Network Strategy and Third Party Sales (NSTPS) which oversees the global manufacturing footprint, global product source changes, and Third Party Contract Manufacturing and the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) which recruits and accelerates early talent for the division.
