We are seeking a **Marketing Lead** to help grow our presence, elevate brand awareness, and communicate our unique offerings to potential customers.

We offer a flexible working arrangement.

**Your primary tasks and responsibilities**
- Develop and implement our marketing plan
- Provide monthly reports on marketing activities, focusing on key metrics such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, allowing us to stay competitive in the local market.
- Create, develop and maintain Social Media campaigns and schedules
- Design and create marketing collateral such as flyers, social media graphics, and brochures that align with the brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between direct marketing initiatives and sales goals.
- Min Diploma in any field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
