**Overview**:As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Memorize menu items and provide recommendations to customers.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Upsell additional menu items or specials.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Clean and set up tables for the next service.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
