**Management Trainee / Intern (Retail)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining professional standards of customer care including managing customer feedback, performing customer recovery, etc.
- Managing inventories of the outlet including packing and organizing the storeroom, ensuring adequate stock level;
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service;
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations;
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals;
- Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends;
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- High energy and strong passion in healthcare retail business;
- Driven and resourceful to deliver results;
- Keen sense of business acumen, excellence in critical thinking, and analytical skills:

- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic player, driven and ambitious in delivery of results;
