**Mission**:
Under the supervision of the Export Director based in France, you will be in charge of developing Weiss Chocolate turnover and brand awareness in Asia through an existing distribution network and opening new distributors.

**Country Scope**:China, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Business Development : Elaborate the global sales strategy within the region.
- Sales : Prepare and conduct sales trainings, customer visits, events & exhibitions in the region to increase the sales and brand awareness.
- Brand Ambassador : Use your own network to develop strong relationships with the different actors in the industry to represent the brand in all the countries in charge.
- Marketing : Develop online & offline marketing supports & Events to promote the brand.
- Communicate and co-work regularly with the headquarter in France to fulfil the region needs and improve day-to-day operations.
- Oversee Orders & Stock per country and with the French headquarter.

**Profile**:

- Master’s in International Business/Trade & Development.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the F&B industry in the countries in charge (China, Hong-Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam).
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and managing multiple distributor/distribution network
- Must be willing to travel minimum 50% of the time within the region (and other countries non listed according to company needs and development).
- Highly autonomous, rigorous, organized, tenacious and social.
